Mr. Tarver is currently on supervised probation.

On April 19, 2017, at approximately 9:30 a.m. officers from the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department, Manila Police Department, and Probation/Parole conducted a probation search on the Michael Tarver residence located at 3398 WCR 378 south of Manila.  During the search, investigators located a green Little River Bank bag that contained a clear plastic baggie containing approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine, one set of digital scales and a glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine.  Investigators also located a loaded Harrington and Richardson 12 gauge shotgun, one bag containing 20 Klonopin pills, one metal container containing 3 Oxycodone pills and 10 Xanax pills, one box with 14 live 12 gauge shotgun rounds, one sentry safe containing assorted jewelry, old coins and bills, assorted papers and documents bearing the name Michael Tarver.  The methamphetamine was field tested by Sgt. Jeremy Sharp and it tested positive.
