By virtue of a Writ of Execution dated January 24th, 2025, issued out of the Circuit Court of Crittenden County, State of Arkansas, on judgement rendered on January 15th, 2025, on behalf of Razorback Concrete Company LLC, Plaintiff, against Charles Watkins Company LLC and Charles Watkins, Defendant(s) for $28,608.82 including costs and interest to date of the sale. I, as Sheriff to whom the Writ was delivered, have levied on the following described personal property on the 6th day of February, 2025, in the name of Charles Watkins.

Public notice is given that at 9:30 A.M. on the 7th Day of March, 2025, at 685 North County Road 599, Luxora, AR, 72358. I will sell to the highest bidder at public auction for the defendant's title to and interest in the above described personal property, or so much of it as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy the judgement with interest thereon and costs.

All units will be sold AS IS WHERE IS and payment will be in the form of cashier's check and be due within 24 hours of the close of the sale. Units will need to be removed from premises within 24 hours of payment.
