Drug Arrests November 5, 2024

On November 5, 2024 the 2nd Judicial Drug Task Force along with the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office and the Blytheville Police Department conducted a search at the Damion Thompson (26) residence located on Tennessee Street in Blytheville. During the search Officers found marijuana, digital scales, oxycodone pills, drug paraphernalia and approximately $21,700 in U.S. currency. Mr. Thompson was arrested and transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center and charged with the following:

Attempted Trafficking of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)
Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver (marijuana)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Possession of a Controlled Substance (oxycodone)

Officers then stopped a vehicle driven by Timothy Bohannon (22) on Magnolia Street in connection with the Thompson arrest. During a search of the vehicle officers found approximately 1 pound of methamphetamine, approximately 4 ounces of marijuana, digital scales, plastic baggies, a Promag pistol drum magazine, a loaded Aero Precision AR 15 and $1,017 in U.S. currency. Mr. Bohannon was transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center and charged with the following:

Trafficking of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine)
Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (marijuana)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearm
