Search Warrant in Blytheville Yields Drug Arrest

On October 4, 2024, Agents with the 2nd Judicial District Drug Task Force along with officers from the Mississippi County Sheriff's Office and Blytheville Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Hearn Street in Blytheville. 

A search of the residence yielded 60.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 56 suspected Fentanyl pills, $2,228.00 dollars of U.S. Currency, as well as various items of drug paraphernalia. 

The execution led to the arrest of Johnny Brooks, 55 of Blytheville. Brooks was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Methamphetamine (with purpose to deliver), Trafficking a Controlled Substance (Fentanyl), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
