On February 14, 2022 the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department Street Crimes Unit was on Mockingbird Street in Osceola trying to locate Jonathan Roberts in reference to a Felony warrant for Breaking & Entering.  Deputies located Mr. Roberts at 137 Mockingbird and attempted to arrest him on the warrant.  Mr. Roberts fled Deputies and after a short distance Deputies were able to apprehend him.  During a search of Mr. Roberts person Deputies located approximately 31 grams of suspected methamphetamine, glass pipe used for smoking methamphetamine and $661.00.

Mr. Roberts was transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center. 

Jonathan Roberts (30 years old) was charged with the following;

Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Fleeing

Breaking & Entering

Mr. Roberts received a $100,000 bond from Judge Catherine Dean.
