On September 1, 2021 the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department along with the Osceola Police Department conducted a search of the Montoya Rothschild residence located in Osceola.  During the search Officer's located one Vulcan 45 caliber handgun, one M-11 9mm handgun.  The Vulcan 45 caliber handgun is stolen out of Louisiana and the M-11 9mm is stolen out of Jonesboro. Mr. Rothschild (30 years old) was transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center and charged with the following charges. Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons (2 felony counts), Theft By Receiving (2 felony counts).

Mr. Rothschild appeared in Osceola District Court and received a $50,000 bond set by Judge Catherine Dean.
