On Wednesday July 14, 2021 Deputies with the Street Crimes Unit were working in the Manila area when they observed Jesse McComas standing in the front yard of a residence located on West County Road 346 talking to another unknown male subject.  Deputies knew Mr. McComas had an active Parole Warrant.  Deputies pulled into the yard and made contact with Mr. McComas.  Mr. McComas was arrested on the warrant.  Mr. McComas was holding a black bag that contained a large plastic baggie containing 33.4 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a small plastic baggie containing 3.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine, one set of digital scales, 3 clonazepam pills and 1 lorazepam pill.  The male subject that Mr. McComas was talking to was identified as Johnathan Stull.  Mr. Stull had several warrants out of Osceola.  Deputies found a pipe used for smoking methamphetamine and a small plastic baggie containing 1.3 grams of suspected methamphetamine in Mr. Stull's pants pockets.  Both were transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center.

Jesse McComas (39 years old) was charged with the following and was issued a $75,000.00 bond by Judge Langston;

Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver (methamphetamine)

Possession of a Controlled Substance without a Prescription

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Johnathan Stull (38 years old) was charged with the following and was issued a $7,500.00 bond by Judge Langston;
