On June 16, 2021 the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department along with the Sheriff's Street Crimes Unit responded to a Domestic Battery in progress on Legion Street in Joiner.  When Deputies arrived, they were advised that Jessica Saint was physically fighting with her mother, Patty Cash.  Deputies noticed Mrs. Cash had a busted lip and several bruises on her arms.  Ms. Saint was arrested for Domestic Battery.  Probation/Parole Officer Butler advised Deputies that Ms. Saint was currently on Suspended Imposition of Sentence (SIS).  Following the conditions of her SIS Deputies conducted a search of the residence.  During the search Deputies found one set of digital scales and 64.9 grams of methamphetamine.  Ms. Saint and Mrs. Cash were transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center.  Jessica Saint (32 years old) was charged with Domestic Battery 3rd, Possession of a Controlled Substance with purpose to Deliver, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Judge Catherine Dean set a $50,000 bond.  Patty Cash (67 years old) was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the purpose to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Judge Catherine Dean set a $15,000 bond.
