Drug Arrest (Ramirez)

On June 16, 2021 the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department Street Crimes Unit, Osceola Police Department and Probation/Parole conducted a search of the Daniel Ramirez residence located on Mockingbird Street in Osceola. During the search Officers found pipes used for smoking methamphetamine, plastic baggies, digital scales, marijuana, hydrocodone pills, $554.00 and approximately 16.9 grams of methamphetamine. Mr. Ramirez was transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center. Daniel Ramirez (41 years old) was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Purpose to Deliver (Methamphetamine), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Hydrocodone), Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Judge Catherine Dean set a $50,000 bond.
