Osceola Drug Arrest

On April 5, 2021 the Mississippi County Sheriff's Department Drug Task Force, Sheriff's Department Street Crimes Unit and the Osceola Police Department conducted a search at 156 Mockingbird Lane in Osceola.  During the search officers located approximately 38.2 grams of methamphetamine, 11 grams of marijuana, measuring ladle, digital scales, electric vacuum sealer, baggies, pipes used for smoking methamphetamine and $3,380.00 in U.S. Currency.

Seven people were arrested and transported to the Mississippi County Detention Center.

Jerrit Batey (36 years old) was arrested for an out of state felony warrant.

Allen Hardee (33 years old) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana. Mr. Hardee received a $100,000 bond.

Brittney Hedge (26 years old) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence.  Ms. Hedge received a $50,000 bond.

Charles Jackson (51 years old) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.  Mr. Jackson received a $100,000 bond.

Heather Ford (45 years old) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Purpose to Deliver and Possession of Marijuana.  Ms. Ford received a $50,000 bond.

Alia Noah (31 years old) was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.  Ms. Noah received a $100,000 bond.

Jesus Zeferino Guerrero Hernandez (27 years old) was arrested for Possession of an Instrument of a Crime (misdemeanor).

All bonds were set by the Honorable Judge Catherine Dean.
