Courts will be back in session beginning May 18, 2020. Everyone appearing in any court in the second judicial district must bring a face covering and wear it while in the courthouse. Screenings at the courthouse door will include temperature checks and a wellness inquiry.
If you have an upcoming circuit court date, call your attorney for instructions. If you do not have an attorney, you should appear on your circuit court date and follow the instructions of the bailiffs and other court personnel.
Only ten people will be allowed in the courtroom at any time, so be prepared to wait outside or in your vehicle for your case to be called.
